I am a Toronto-based food, nutrition, and travel writer. My journey began as a chef in culinary school, where I crafted my perceptive and personal voice. I am now studying to become a Registered Dietitian, driven by the belief that a deep understanding of both food and nutrition is essential. With my extensive travels, living in places like Hawaii, Italy, Spain, and Indonesia for about four months each year, I offer a unique perspective on all things food-related.
